THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS SOLUTIONS FOR ADULTS WHO NEED OR DESIRE ADDITIONAL HEALTH CARE OR SUPPORT SERVICES IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE INDEPENDENT LIFESTYLES.
