THE MISSION OF IPDF IS TO PROMOTE AWARENESS, CREATE PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES THAT LEAD TO A MORE DIVERSE PRIVATE EQUITY AND VENTURE CAPITAL COMMUNITY. WE AIM TO ACHIEVE THIS MISSION BY REMOVING BARRIERS THAT PREVENT UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS FROM ENTERING AND THRIVING IN THE INDUSTRY.
