IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE EAST MAIN STREET (NEAR THE EASTSIDE OF COLUMBUS) COMMUNITY THROUGH HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, COORDINATION OF SERVICES, AND OTHER COMMUNITY-BUILDING ACTIVITIES. TO INITIATE ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO ATTRACT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INCREASE THE SUPPLY OF GOOD AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND TO FOSTER A NICE AND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.
