THE ASSOCIATION IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF CARNEGIE EAST HOUSE, PROVIDES IT WITH DIRECT SUPPORT, AND PROVIDES ITS RESIDENTS IN ECONOMIC NEED WITH RENTAL ASSISTANCE.
