THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE TO MAKE GIFTS AND GRANTS TO ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, THE JOHNSON CHARITABLE GIFT FUND, A PUBLIC CHARITY QUALIFIED UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3). THE ORGANIZATION EXPECTS TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
