TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SUCH INDIVIDUALS SEEKING A BETTER WAY OF LIFE; TO PROMOTE AND INSTITUTE PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS PROBLEMS CHARACTERISTIC OF LOW INCOME URBAN-INNER CITY COMMUNITIES. SPECIFIC AREAS OF SERVICE PROVIDE- HOUSING; NUTRITION; EDUCATION; RECREATION; AND POSITIVE SOCIALIZATION.
