THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS FROM THE EARNINGS EQUALLY TO THE NATURE CONSERVANCY AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR BEAR RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT, SO LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO EXIST AND SO LONG AS THEIR MISSIONS REMAIN SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME.
