Mission
THE JT TOWNSEND FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS PROVIDING HOPE TO THE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY OFFERING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES THAT WILL IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. THE VISION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO CARRY ON JT'S LEGACY AND HIS VISION OF A COMMUNITY WHERE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES ARE ACHIEVING MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE WITHOUT UNNECESSARY LIMITATIONS.
