JCBC PROVIDES ALTERNATIVE LIVING UNITS FOR BOTH MALES AND FEMALES. JCBC REALIZES THAT REFORMING REQUIRES A HOLISTIC APPROACH, WHICH INCLUDES WRAPPING SUPPORT AROUND THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR COMMITMENT ARISES FROM THE BELIEF THAT PEOPLE ARE THE MOST PRECIOUS RESOURCE ON THE PLANET.
