THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATOIN IS TO RESCUE, CARE AND PLACE DOGS AND CATS IN PERMANENT HOMES; EVERY ANIMAL WILL BE VACCINATED, SPAYED, AND MICRO CHIPPED; WE WILL WORK TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN CHOOSING AND CARING FOR THE RIGHT ANIMAL; WE WILL HELP THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES BY MAKING AFFORDABLE BASIC CARE AVAILABLE.
