THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS, WE ENABLE GREATER INDEPENDENCE AND INCREASED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL KENTUCKIANS WHILE FOCUSING ON CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN FINANCIAL NEED.
