THE ORGANIZATION WILL PRIMARILY SERVE TO DEVELOP, MANAGE AND LEASE PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES AND FOSTER FURTHER RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CITY OF NEW YORK TO ENSURE THAT ADEQUATE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR HIGH PERFORMING CHARTER SCHOOLS OPERATING UNDER THE KIPP NAME IN NYC.
