THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS TRUST WAS ORGANIZED WAS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR WORTHY AND NEEDY STUDENTS AT NORTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY, NOW KNOWN AS TRUMAN STATE UNIVERSITY, AT KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI. THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE.
