THE PURPOSE OF THIS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES THAT SUPPORT BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY PRIMARILY IN OUR REGION OF VERMONT (CHITTENDEN COUNTY) AND STATEWIDE. THESE STRATEGIES INCLUDE THE LAUNCHVT INITIATIVE.
