THE MISSION OF LANCASTER COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL IS TO ENCOURAGE EACH STUDENT'S GROWTH WITHIN A CHALLENGING AND SUPPORTIVE ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT THAT INSPIRES ENTHUSIASM FOR LEARNING, THE JOY OF ACCOMPLISHMENT, AND COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY.
