TO PROVIDE THE YOUTH FROM THE LANCASTER, OHIO AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAY OUT OF TROUBLE BY PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AFTER SCHOOL AND DURING SUMMER AS OPPOSED TO ROAMING THE STREETS AND GETTING INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
