THE FOUNDATION EXISTS TO FURTHER THE GOALS OF THE LARAMIE COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM AND TO SEEK PRIVATE SUPPORT TO FUND SERVICES AND PROGRAMS THAT TAX DOLLARS DO NOT COVER. THE FOUNDATION SEEKS TO EXPAND LCLS'S ABILITY TO SERVE ALL THE PEOPLE OF LARAMIE COUNTY IN AN EQUAL FASHION.
