Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ESTABLISH AND CONTINUE A NON-PROFIT CORPORATE ENTITY THROUGH WHICH THEY WILL PROMOTE THEIR COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS AND IMPROVE BUSINESS CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE TO THEIR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND BENEFICIARIES, ALL WITHOUT ENGAGING IN A REGULAR BUSINESS OF A KIND ORDINARILY CARRIED ON FOR PROFIT.
