LIDERAMOS' MISSION IS TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE LATINO LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS THAT EXIST AND TO INITIATE PROGRAMS IN COMMUNITIES WHERE THERE ARE NONE CURRENTLY. LIDERAMOS EXISTS TO PREPARE LATINOS TO BE LEADERS OF A MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
