LIFESTREAM, INC. (THE ORGANIZATION") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES THAT SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN ATTAINING GREATER INDEPENDENCE, PROMISING OPPORTUNITIES, AND LIVES THAT ARE MEANINGFUL AND FULFILLING ON THEIR OWN TERMS.
