THE COUNCIL WILL PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO IMMIGRANT WORKERS, WHO COMPRISE MOST OF THOSE EMPLOYED IN THE HOTELS, AMUSEMENT PARKS, RESTAURANTS, RETAIL, AND OTHER SERVICE SECTORS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVEL AND TOURISM.
