TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEES OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT A UNION THAT REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS' INTERESTS. LASPA PROVIDES LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND CERTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE TO ALL ITS MEMBERS.
