THE MISSION OF THE LOUISE H BATZ PATIENT SAFETY FOUNDATION IS TO HELP PREVENT MEDICAL ERRORS BY ENSURING PATIENTS AND FAMILIES HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO PROMOTE A SAFE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR LOVED ONES, AND TO SUPPORT INNOVATIVE ADVANCEMENTS IN PATIENT SAFETY.
