TO PROVIDE VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT IN THE LUBBOCK COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREA WITH FREE, CONFIDENTIAL CRISIS ADVOCACY, ASSISTANCE, AND SUPPORT, AND TO PROMOTE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE REALITIES OF SEXUAL VICTIMIZATION AND STRIVE TOWARD ITS ELIMINATION THROUGH OUTREACH, ACTIVISM, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION.
