THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO: A. ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE OF THE MAHONING COUNTY FIRE SERVICE. B. PROVIDE EFFICIENT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ALL FIREFIGHTERS WITHIN MAHONING COUNTY. C. PROVIDE A MEANS TO ESTABLISH A GROUP PURCHSING PROGRAM FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. D. ENCOURAGE GOOD WILL AND COOPERATION BETWEEN THE VARIOUS MEMBERS AND THEIR DEPARTMENTS. E. PROMOTE MORE EFFECTIVE FIRE PREVENTION ACTIVITIES IN MAHONING COUNTY. F. PROMOTE GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS WITH THE CITIZENS OF MAHONING COUNTY. G. TO CONDUCT ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR ACTIVITY RELATING TO FIRE OR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AFFECTING MAHONING COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
