THE MAINE LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE CONSUMERS WILL BE EMPOWERED TO PROTECT THEIR RIGHTS, TO ASSURE THAT THE CARE THEY RECEIVE IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND TO ADVOCATE ON THEIR BEHALF AS WELL AS SEEK SYSTEM REFORM.
