THE PRIMARY MISSION OF MARANATHA-CARLISLE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, TO INCLUDE BUDGET COUNSELING AS NEEDED, FOR THOSE WHOM WE SERVE AS REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE, THE HOMELESS, AND OTHER LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
