THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 40 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MARYMOUNT MANOR LOCATED IN TACOMA, WASHINGTON, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
