THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 48 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MILL POND MANOR LOCATED IN SALINE, MICHIGAN, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
