THE MASSACHUSETTS HIGHER EDUCATION CONSORTIUM IS COMPRISED OF AN UNINCORPORATED GROUP OF NONPROFIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, CHARTER AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES, MUNICIPALITIES INCLUDING ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, POSTSECONDARY SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED WITHIN NEW ENGLAND. MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE LIMITED TO NON-PROFIT PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, CHARTER AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES, MUNICIPALITIES INCLUDING ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, PREPARATORY SCHOOLS, AND EDUCATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED WITHIN NEW ENGLAND.
