OUR MISSION IS TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR OWN HOMES BY PROVIDING DAILY WELLNESS CHECKS THROUGH OUR MEAL DELIVERY VOLUNTEER VISITS AND BY OUR VOLUNTEER PHONE REASSURANCE PROGRAM.
