THIS PARTNERSHIP PROVIDES STABLE HOUSING AND TRANSITIONAL SERVICES TO YOUNG MEN WHO ARE TRANSITIONING FROM VARIOUS LEVELS OF CARE. MEN OF MEN USED A COMBINATION OF ANCILLARY SERVICES, THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUES, SURVEYING AND FAMILY SUPPORT TO SHARE RESOURCES ACROSS SYSTEMS TO ENSURE STABILITY, SAFETY, PROMOTE EDUCATION, IMPROVE LIFE SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT FAMILY REINTEGRATION.
