SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING FACILITIES AND EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME AND HOMELESS, POTENTIALLY HOMELESS OR OTHERWISE DISADVANTAGED PERSONS.
