THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES AS A LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, PROVIDING FUNDING TO LOCAL BUSINESSES, JOB TRAINING & EDUCATION, BUSINESS COUNSELING, COMMUNITY SERVICES, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED AREAS.
