THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO IMPLEMENT A COMMUNITY AREA NETWORK TO IMPROVE BROADBAND ADOPTION AMONG BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTIAL GROUPS, HELP SPUR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVE NETWORK CONNECTIVITY FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, EDUCATION AND LIBRARY ENTITIES, AS WELL AS EXPAND BROADBAND SERVICES TO SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING SERVICES TO DISADVANTAGED, AT-RISK POPULATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
