The College's mission is "to empower and educate leaders for service in a culturally diverse church and society by offering a bi-literate, multi-cultural formation program that can lead to a bachelor of Arts and/or Masters of Arts degree in pastoral ministry". Further, the college offers intensive pastoral english and spanish courses and engages in reserach projects which parallel. In accomplishing this mission, the college offers educational classes, workshops and symposiums which focus on pastoral and multicultural training.
