To secure united action of all members of Michigan Council No. 25 and 925 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees for benevolent, charitable, education, scientific, research, social and civic purposes, and any other activity within the purposes for which a non-profit domestic corporation may be organized which is allowable under the laws of the State of Michigan, and also within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) and (4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
