THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE INTEREST IN AND FACILITATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALONG THE MASSACHUSETTS ROUTE 3 CORRIDOR LOCATED IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY AND THE COMMUNITIES LOCATED THERE; IN PART BY FOSTERING COMMUNICATION, COOPERATION AND COORDINATION AMONG ALL LEVELS OF PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND QUASI-PUBLIC SECTORS LOCATED AND OR OPERATING IN OR NEAR THE CORRIDOROR OTHERWISE INTERESTED IN THE CORRIDOR AND THE COMMUNITIES LOCATED THERE.
