THE PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE NETWORK (FORMERLY THE MINNESOTA COUNCIL FOR QUALITY) IS A NON-PROFIT THAT ADVANCES IMPROVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE. WE IDENTIFY STRENGTHS AND IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND BUILD NETWORKS THAT BRING INFORMATION, RESOURCES, KNOWLEDGE, AND BEST PRACTICES TO ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS, AND COMMUNITIES DESIRING TO IMPROVE.
