MINNESOTA LOGGER EDUCATION PROGRAM (MLEP) DEVELOPS AND COORDINATES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES FOR LOGGERS. THESE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOCUS ON SAFETY, SUSTAINABLE FOREST MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, AND PROVIDE LOGGERS WITH TOOLS TO ENSURE SAFE, PROTECTIVE, EFFICIENT AND EVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE TIMBER HARVESTS.
