Mission

The Missio Corp. . was conceived to build up the personnel and infrastructure in mission dioceses, currently more than 1,100 Catholic dioceses, mostly in Africa and Asia. Missio Corp. has unique access to the Catholic Church's network of dioceses, seminaries, religious communities, parishes, schools and social institutions, providing support for capacity building of Church leaders, technical assistance, and projects that address critical issues such as food security, care for our common home, education and health care. The Church also owns vast amounts of arable land, an underutilized resource which can directly address food security, advance environmentally sound farming practices, and provide jobs while generating income to fund the vital social program
