PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR TWO YEAR COLLEGES, HOLD ANNUAL CONVENTION, CONFERENCES, AND WORKSHOPS SERVING ALL MEMBERS AND CONDUCTED TO ENHANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS OF COMMUNITY, AND TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI.
