MONTGOMERY COUNTY SCHOLARSHIPS, INC. IS A NON PROFIT SET UP TO ALLOW INDIVIDUALS WHO RECEIVE TAX CREDITS UNDER THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA'S EITC TAX CREDIT PROGRAM TO USE THOSE CREDITS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO SELECTED, ELIGIBLE, EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS.
