Mission

Morningside Area Alliance MAA has brought the leadership of the areas institutions together since 1947. Its core values are Communication, Collaboration, and Community. These virtues are expressed through the associations active efforts to foster a culture of collaboration among it membership of globally-recognized nonprofits. Members include: Barnard College, Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, Columbia University, Corpus Christi Church, Grant Houses, Interchurch Center, International House, Jewish Theological Seminary, Manhattan School of Music, Mt. Sinai Morningside, The Riverside Church, St. Hildas & St. Hughs, Teachers College, and Union Theological Seminary.
