MRM WAS CREATED TO SAVE MUNICIPAL TAXPAYER FUNDS BY POOLING THE PREMIUMS OF THE STATUTORY, TAX-EXEMPT MUNICIPAL ENTITIES IN PENNSYLVANIA TO APPROPRIATELY PAY ALL STATUTORILY-REQUIRED COVERAGE, TO REDUCE MEMBER COSTS AND EXPENSES THROUGH EFFECTIVE LOSS CONTROL PROGRAMS, RISK MANAGEMENT, FISCAL MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER APPROPRIATE MEANS TO COMPLY WITH THE STATUTES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA AND THE REGULATIONS REQUIRING SAFER WORKING CONDITIONS FOR ALL MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES AND FULL BENEFITS, ALL IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE CLAIMS, REDUCE PREMIUMS, AND PROVIDE THE SAFEST WORK ENVIRONMENT.
