THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION: THE NCASEF HAS 4 MEETINGS PER YEAR WITH FRANCHISE LEADERS WHO REPRESENT A NUMBER OF 7-ELEVEN FRANCHISEE OWNERS. THE PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE THESE OWNERS, PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THEM TO NETWORK WITH OTHERS, COMMUNICATE WITH MANAGEMENT, AND RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS. MANAGEMENT AND VENDORS PRESENT EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND HOLE BREAKOUT SESSIONS WITH ALL PARTIES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS NCASEF HOLDS ANNUAL TRADE SHOW AND CONVENTIONS. ACTIVITIES AT THESE CONVENTIONS INCLUDE TRAINING SEMINARS, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT SEMINARS PRESENTED BY MANAGEMENTS LEGAL AND COALITION REPRESENTATIVES. WE HELD SEVERAL FUND RAISING EVENTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR CERTAIN CHARITIES. WE WERE ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE $34,711 TO SWIM ACROSS AMER; $32,711 TO ST JUDE; AND TO VICTIMS KILLED IN VIOLENT SITUATIONS WE CONTRIBUTED TO FOA VIRGINIA $7,000. WE ALSO PUBLISH 6 ISSUES YEARLY OF AVANTI MAGAZINE. COPIES ARE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL 7-11 STORES. AND VENDORS PRESENT EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS
