THE FOUNDATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE NAVY LEAGUE FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AND ALLOCATION OF OTHER FUNDS DONATED TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
