TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN AND PLANNING SERVICES TO CENTRAL CITY NEIGHBORHOODS, BUSINESSES, PROPERTY OWNERS, ASSOCIATIONS AND DEVELOPERS. THE SERVICES EXTEND BEYOND THE CITY OF COLUMBUS INTO SURROUNDING MUNICIPALITIES AND CENTRAL OHIO COUNTIES.
