(NP OR THE ORGANIZATION) IS AN OREGON NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FOUNDED IN 1989 WHOSE MISSION IS TO HELP CREATE A BETTER OREGON, ONE IN WHICH WE ALL HAVE ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITY, STABILITY, AND WHAT WE NEED TO THRIVE.
