NAHC improves the lives of people in poverty by providing high quality mental illness and physical healthcare education housing and economic opportunities to reduce disparities. We provide transformational change in the areas of disparities in health insurance, long term housing and resource scarcity. Our mission is to deliver community-based services to people who have special needs and live-in disparity and poverty. Bringing every resource available to the chronically disabled community.
